HTML email signature - INSTRUCTIONS
Thunderbird / Hostpoint Cloud Office and other mail apps with dedicated HTML code entry field for signatures:
1. Are you looking at this in Firefox, Chrome or Brave browser? If not, results might suffer.
2. Copy all of the code below the signature preview field to your clipboard.
3. In your mail app, create a new signature or overwrite your existing one, paste the code into the dedicated signature source code field. Allocate for which email address it should apply.
4. Done! Use this signature for your correspondence!
Advantages of this option:
+ Your signature adapts to different screen sizes by adjusting into a vertical format without change of size of elements
+ Your email and in some instances the telephone number are clickable for the recipient
+ Contact info is shown even when recipient has image display turned off
+ You can edit your info text in the mail app
- can potentially be thrown out of whack due to strange font settings on recipient device
Google Mail / Apple Mail / Outlook (not recommended) and other mail apps with no HTML code entry field for signatures:
1. Are you looking at this page in Firefox, Chrome or Brave browser? If not, results might suffer.
2. Click on the 'View Signatue' button to open the signature preview in a new tab, then select the whole signature with your cursor (or click onto page and select all (command+a on mac), this should create a field around the elements of the signature), and copy it to your clipboard.
3. In your mail app, create a new signature or overwrite your existing one, paste from the clipboard into the dedicated signature field (make sure to delete everything beforehand if the field is not empty). Allocate for which email address and when it should apply.
4. Done! Start mailing with your shiny signature!
Disadvantages of this option:
- Proper look less granted depending on application

To change the name and position, do so after pasting in your mail app before you save it. If that is not possible, copy all the code below, go to https://codepen.io/pen/, paste it into the html field, change your details. Then select the preview and copy that into your mail signature.
